Packets are sold individually, not as a particular weight.  More expensive herbs/spices may have at least 0.25 ounces in the packet and more common herbs/spices will have at least 0.5 ounces per packet.
 
All products are grown on our property and/or wild-harvested from our property and  would be considered organic, as we do not use any herb/pesticides on our property.
